Furniture Solution Steps
Our steps for furniture solutions for private residential villas and apartments are normally divided into three stages.
PHASE I – A Visit to the Property
After an initial fact-finding discussion over the phone or in the showroom, we will arrange a visit to the property with the unit owner. Here we will walk though each room and discuss the home interiors and requirements as well as take our initial measurements.
PHASE II – Meeting in our showroom
After the meeting at the property, you will be e-mailed the quotation and then invited to the showroom where we can discuss the project in greater detail.
We will present you with images of each item selected, as well as options that we have available. We normally only select from items that are in stock which allows us to have a quick turnover, however if you have a flexible timeframe then we do have catalogues you can choose from.
We are flexible in terms of style, colour, textures and fabrics so that your bedroom designs, living room designs, etc is unique. We specialise in modern interior design and contemporary interior design, although we can also do classic interior design and arabesque interior design.
After the initial furniture selection has been approved, we then move on to the colour and fabric selection with one of our interior designers. Depending on how much you would like to be involved, our designer can present you with their colour scheme options or you can go through it room by room in greater detail.
Many of our clients are not in Dubai for this phase, so this can also be done over e-mail. We can e-mail you a furniture moodboard that accompanies the quote and then colour and fabric suggestions can be done this way too, so the property is ready for your arrival.
PHASE III – Installation
Once the down-payment has been received, the roll-out phase begins. For the first few days there will be little or no activity at the property, but this is where our tailors are stitching the curtains and the furniture is being prepared.
Our general turnover time is 2-3 weeks, although this will vary on the size of the property and the individual requirements. The exact date of handover will be agreed upon before we proceed with this phase.
We strongly advise that the end user is not present during the installation, so that the first time they see the apartment will be the final product.
Firstly the wallpaper will be installed, and then the curtains will be hung. Once the furniture has all been installed and the property has been cleaned, we then conduct a handover with the owner.
